The Client

Gary, the Warehouse Operations Manager at Apex Logistics Solutions, runs one of the most active distribution hubs in Truganina.
 
In a facility moving thousands of pallets daily, “Traffic Management” is the top priority. The warehouse floor is a complex grid of fast-moving forklifts and narrow aisles. For Gary, the challenge isn’t just keeping the floor clean; it’s doing so without slowing down the relentless pace of the supply chain or risking the safety of his staff.
